The
ability of the Southeast Tennessee area to supply ample labor
to industry is enhanced by an excellent rural road system
and a moderate climate. These two factors allow the employer
to draw labor from a wider geographic area. The labor force
in this area is characterized by an eagerness to learn, willingness
to work and a high level of productivity.
