Sierra
Hull, resident of Pickett County and Cordell Hull
descendant is a musical prodigy that has been blessed by God
with awesome musical talent, playing the mandolin, guitar
and folk singing. She has released her first CD called Angel
Mountain last month and is happy to have it on sale at www.sierrahull.com.
Sierra Hull has won many awards at the Smithville 2002 Jamboree,
winning first place in the mandolin and guitar. She also placed
third in folk singing and in the novelty event, which included
her brother Cody and their friend Travis Matthews, as the
"Saggin Bottom Boys". Sierra also has won many awards
at the Smithville 2001 Jamboree and numerous Tennessee and
Kentucky Bluegrass events.
Sierra
has her newly released CD-ROM on sale at various outlets in
Byrdstown Pickett County with the folk song that she wrote
called "Angel Mountain". Her teacher and mentor
Carl Berggren wrote a song for her, "Sierra's Waltz",
that is also on the CD.
